Birth Doula Support

 I provide birth doula support across Norfolk and parts of Suffolk, in all birth settings, including hospitals, birth centres and at home. However your labour and birth unfolds, I will be there to support you every step of the way. Every birth experience is unique and my role is to help you feel safe, respected, heard and cared for.

Designed to support and nurture you through every stage of pregnancy and birth, helping you feel empowered, confident, and deeply connected to your own strength and intuition.

• 3 antenatal visits (2 hours per visit)

• Virtual support via WhatsApp/text throughout your pregnancy

• On-call for birth from 38 weeks

• Birth attendance

• 1 postnatal visit (3 hours)

In your three antenatal visits, we will talk through your hopes for birth, any concerns you may have and explore your birth rights and choices. We will build your confidence for the journey ahead by exploring different birth scenarios, writing your birth preferences, practising comfort techniques and planning for the postpartum stage. Every session we have is tailored to you, reflecting your unique birth journey. These sessions are also a wonderful opportunity for your birth partner (if you have one) to feel informed, involved, and confident about their role in supporting you during labour and beyond.

Between visits, I am available for virtual support via messages, offering reassurance, information and emotional support whenever you need it. 

From 38 weeks of your pregnancy, I will be on-call for you, ready to offer continuous care through your labour and birth. I will attend your birth in whichever setting your journey takes you, advocating and supporting you through every moment.

I include one postnatal visit as part of your birth package. Tailored to nurture you as you rest, recover, and settle into life with your new baby. This includes practical help around the house, emotional reassurance and support with newborn feeding.
