We prepare so much for the birth of a baby that we are often left feeling unprepared for the postpartum stage. This is a time of stillness and quiet growth, when your body requires rest and recovery, and time to bond with your new baby. I can help create space for you to embrace this transformative time.

How far do you travel / Where do you cover?

I am based in Wymondham and am happy to travel up to 25 miles, covering most of Norfolk and parts of Suffolk.

Do you provide evening and weekend support?

All visits included in my Birth Package or Postnatal Package are based on my weekday rates, this includes evening visits for families who need extra flexibility. Weekend support is available upon request for an additional fee.

Do you offer virtual support?

Yes - all of my doula packages include ongoing virtual support through messages, phone calls, and video calls. While I don’t currently offer a dedicated virtual-only package, I’m happy to discuss your needs and explore how I can best support you remotely.
